Quotation Specialist Aftermarket

Allweiler AS – a subsidiary of CIRCOR – delivers pumps and pump systems to the maritime business in Norway and internationally. We cover sales and deliveries to shipyards and ship owners worldwide, both for new buildings and Aftermarket.

We are looking for a Quotation Specialist Aftermarket to join our team at our site in Hvalstad.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations for replacement pumps, pump units, and spare parts
• Follow up on quotations to maximize conversion rates and support business growth
• Promote service agreements and drive long-term sales agreement opportunities
• Review customer requirements and ensure technical, commercial, and trade compliance requirements are met
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders to identify suitable replacement solutions and coordinate delivery timelines
• Support customers, distributors, and the sales team throughout the quotation and order handover process

Your qualifications

• Preferable degree in engineering with a focus on rotating equipment. Relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education
• Experience in working with rotating equipment with a solid technical understanding
• Initial professional experience in quotation management, sales support, or a comparable customer-facing role is desirable
• Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive and customer-oriented professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments and is eager to learn and grow
