Radar Developer – Personal Lines Insurance
largely remote!
I’m working with a growing personal lines insurer that is building out its pricing team. They need a Radar Developer to own and improve their WTW Radar rating environment. You’ll sit at the centre of pricing and turn analytical insight into rating that is accurate, well governed and ready to go live.
The role
- Own the client’s WTW Radar rating environment: build and maintain rating algorithms and reusable frameworks
- Run pricing changes end to end, covering build, testing, impact analysis, version control and deployment
- Strengthen governance and controls, and act as the team’s Radar expert
- Work with pricing, data and tech teams to improve automation and the platform roadmap
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience building pricing in WTW Radar
- A solid grasp of GI pricing and rating structures
- Data skills in SAS, Python, R, SQL or VBA
- Good development habits, such as testing, version control and controlled releases
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
