Radio Access Network Engineer

RAN / 4G–5G Specialist (RAN Orchestration & SMO) – Prague (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about modern mobile networks and the automation shaping their future? We are looking for a RAN / 4G–5G Specialist to join an international telecommunications company at the forefront of network innovation.

This is a hybrid role based in Prague, with relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.

What you’ll do

• Design technical solutions in the area of RAN Orchestration and SMO (Service Management and Orchestration)
• Analyze and refine technical and business requirements
• Work closely with architects and development teams to bring solutions to life
• Contribute to the automation of next-generation 4G and 5G networks

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience with RAN technologies (4G/LTE, 5G)
• Understanding of network orchestration, automation, or SMO / O-RAN concepts
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Willingness to relocate to Prague
