NATIONWIDE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
Providers across the United States are invited to explore the $29/month Collective+ / Verified Professional membership for professional visibility. Membership participation and onboarding are online; Texas residence is not required. Tell us your home state and the states where you provide services. Membership does not authorize services outside your credentials or applicable state requirements. The AEIC HHSC CPW contractor pathway is separate and Texas-specific.
WHO THIS PATHWAY IS FOR
Private-pay therapists, clinical supervisors, mentors, community health workers, birth and end-of-life doulas, certified life coaches, nurses and other appropriately credentialed providers. Tell us your role, services and states served so we can discuss an appropriate pathway within your scope.
ALREADY SEEING PRIVATE-PAY CLIENTS?
Tell us which EHR or practice-management platform you currently use, what you would like to improve and whether you need transition support. If you use paper, spreadsheets or separate tools, state that. RCN Practice Suite supports documentation, a client portal, telehealth and appointment scheduling. Any record transfer, compatibility and implementation scope must be reviewed before a transition is promised. Do not submit patient records or identifying client information.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
Free Collective: explore the professional community and directory pathway.
Collective+ / Verified Professional: $29 per month for the visibility membership pathway.
RCN Professional: $129 per month with Practice Suite and personalized implementation.
Marketing Path: optional, separately scoped and priced visibility/social-media support.
We review current plan benefits, any setup or additional-seat charges, eligibility and terms before enrollment. Payment is not required to express interest, and membership is not a guarantee of employment, referrals or paid assignments.
HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Submit your professional background, current platform and support needs.
2. Discuss your practice goals and the appropriate plan in a consultation.
3. Review membership terms, charges, implementation requirements and any transition plan.
4. Complete enrollment, setup and training for the selected services.

Tell us what training, credentials and practice setup you have completed. We will review your readiness and explain next steps. Joining RCN does not replace licensure, required training or payer approval.
EXISTING HHSC CPW PROVIDERS
AEIC roster affiliation is a separate contractor pathway. Tell us if you are already HHSC-approved or still preparing so the team can identify the right next step. Membership does not establish Medicaid enrollment or payer participation.
ROLE-SPECIFIC ONBOARDING
Membership-only participants complete the applicable membership and visibility checks. Practice Suite participants complete credential and professional liability verification, applicable privacy and service policies, signed agreements, setup and training before activation. Additional-insured requirements and any service-delivery agreement are reviewed for the selected role. Sensitive documents are requested through approved secure channels after consultation. Clinical, contractor and internship requirements are not automatically applied to every member.
