Location Rousset, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France Main Responsibilities Manage new product introduction projects within a team of 7, from pre-study through to industrialisation and production line monitoring Contribute materials expertise to the technical design of microsystem assemblies and help define new technologies Support operational teams on processes and raw materials, and maintain interfaces with cross-functional departments Monitor industry developments and maintain an up-to-date view of trends and opportunities in your field Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external partners in line with confidentiality requirements Contribute to the drafting and completion of technical documentation Required Profile Engineering degree in materials, physics, industrial process engineering or mechanical engineering Skills in polymer materials; knowledge of micromodule assembly, electronic documents or biometric identification is a plus Proficiency in MS Project, basic AutoCAD, statistical tools and design of experiments (Statgraphics or equivalent) English at CEFR B2 / TOEIC 785 level Who You Are Clear and concise communicator Rigorous, proactive and autonomous A team player with visible energy and commitment Département BUSINESS/OPERATIONS Poste SECURE COMPONENTS - R&D Localisations Rousset Statut à distance Hybride
