What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member?

• Carry out formulation laboratory studies for products selected for development or optimization.
• Operate and oversee galenic laboratory equipment and, when required, pilot-scale manufacturing equipment.
• Define project requirements, ensure their procurement and prepare project plans.
• Secure project requirements with the relevant cross-functional teams within agreed timelines and in line with internal quality systems.
• Track and manage projects on Smartsheet in collaboration with the PMO.
• Perform analytical testing or arrange for it to be performed, and evaluate the results.
• Lead scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot or commercial scale.
• Conduct process validation studies.
• Prepare regulatory documentation (CTD, etc.) and pharmaceutical development reports.
• Carry out the work needed to respond to deficiency letters from health authorities.

What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• A degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in generic product formulation development.
• Experience developing non-infringing formulations for solid oral dosage forms and injectable products.
• Experience in risk-based product assessment and patent evaluation.
• Experience with EU and export projects beyond Türkiye, with a strong command of their requirements.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with laboratory and pilot-scale manufacturing equipment.
• Strong command of international pharmaceutical guidelines (ICH, EMA, FDA, etc.) and experience preparing CTD dossiers.
• Good proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of GxP, with a solid command of and adherence to GLP, GMP and Data Integrity principles.
• Proactive and accountable, with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, openness to learning, a solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
