  • Lead plant projects, including new technology, cost reduction, new product or process start-ups, R&D trials, and capital justification
  • Support Carlisle Operating System (COS) initiatives, tiered accountability, and layered audits, and define a 3-year technical roadmap for the facility
  • Maintain systems for dimensional control, scrap/defect tracking, mixing control, and bar coding, and troubleshoot SAP data
  • Mentor team members and report clearly on projects and processes
  • BS in Engineering or Science
  • 1–5 years of plastic or rubber processing experience in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of plastics manufacturing, especially sheeting, compounding, extrusion, and web handling
  • Strength in structured problem solving (DMAIC, Five Why, A3) and quality methods such as SPC, DOE, and gage R&R
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and SFIS
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience, Lean Six Sigma certification, SPC and plastics technology coursework
