You will be responsible for overseeing the entire mobile development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. This position requires strong technical expertise in React Native, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and deliverables Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business objectives and user needs Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and fostering a culture of learning and growth Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance optimization Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance development processes and productivity Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, incorporating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the reliability and stability of mobile applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner, maintaining the integrity and performance of mobile applications Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and technical considerations Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred 7-10 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a focus on React Native Proven track record of leading mobile development projects from concept to deployment, preferably in a team lead or tech lead role Expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and services Prior experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira Passion for technology and a drive to stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in mobile development Preferred Requirements: Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities Experience with other frontend frameworks such as React.js or AngularJS Qualities: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible work hours Professional development opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment Job Location: Remote/Hybrid/In-Office Note: To accomplish our vision, our Flagship Event ' IAC VISION 2030 ' would provide employment and career opportunities for millions of job-ready interns, freshers and professionals in our Industry Academia Community (IAC).
