Real Estate Listing Acquisition Admin – Remote

Riva Maison Real Estate is looking for an experienced Real Estate Admin / Listing Acquisition Specialist to join our Dubai team.

This is a remote, full-time role (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM UAE time) with one clear objective:

Generate fresh, high-quality property listings for our agents in the areas we are targeting.

The Role

Your working day will be heavily focused on outbound calling and landlord engagement.

You will be responsible for:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to landlords and property owners every day

• Building relationships with owners in our target communities

• Identifying landlords who are ready to rent or sell

• Confidently explaining why they should list their property with Riva Maison

• Securing permission to advertise and market properties

• Collecting all required property and landlord information

• Obtaining the necessary documents to activate listings

• Following up consistently with landlords until the listing is secured

• Keeping accurate records of every call, conversation and follow-up

• Building fresh inventory in new areas as the company expands

• Working closely with our agents to ensure they have strong, current stock to work with

Who We Need

This is not an entry-level position.

You must have previous experience working within a Dubai real estate brokerage, ideally in an admin, listing, property coordination or landlord-facing role.

You should already understand:

• The Dubai rental and secondary sales market

• How Dubai landlords and owners operate

• How to approach and speak confidently with property owners

• How to turn an initial landlord conversation into a live listing

• Listing documentation and the information required from owners

• Property portals and the general listing process

• How to follow up persistently without losing the relationship

• The importance of fresh, accurate and correctly priced inventory

What Success Looks Like

This is a results-driven role. We are not looking for someone simply completing administrative tasks.

Your performance will be measured primarily on:

Calls made → Landlords contacted → Listings secured → Quality fresh inventory generated

We are expanding into several key Dubai communities and want someone who can take ownership of listing acquisition and consistently provide our agents with new stock.
