Skills Proven sales skills with a track record of successful transactions in real estate or related fields. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and negotiate deals. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously. Knowledge of real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance during transactions. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
