Join a leading Florida commercial law practice as a mid-level associate focused on sophisticated transactional real estate work. You will support active, developer-oriented deal flow and advise clients on complex transactions across Florida and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, including large-scale deals.

  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transactional documents.

  • Work with partners and practice leaders to advise developers, investors, funds, and other institutional and private clients.

  • Support Florida real estate matters referred by firms outside the state, including local counsel engagements.

  • Assist with transactions involving mixed-use developments, condominium redevelopment, transit-oriented projects, and cross-border investment.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to six years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience at a major or strong regional law firm.

  • A JD from an accredited U.S. law school and strong academic credentials.

  • Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases.

  • Eligibility to sit for the Florida Bar or admission to the Florida Bar.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service and teamwork.

  • Leasing, development, or hospitality transaction experience is a plus.

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $240,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on experience. The role is eligible for a year-end bonus upon meeting a 1,900 billable-hour target. Relocation assistance and Florida Bar costs are covered for out-of-market hires. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
