Company Description MegaHarta Real Estate Group is a leading and established real estate agency based in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Incorporated in March 2002, the company is a licensed property agency registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents Malaysia. MegaHarta provides a full range of professional real estate services and property marketing advisory to serve a diverse client base. With around 150 well-trained and dedicated professional real estate negotiators (REN), the agency has built a strong reputation as an award‑winning property firm. Applicants can expect to join a team focused on professional standards, client service, and continuous growth in the real estate sector.

Role Description The Real Estate Associate is a full-time role responsible for supporting clients through the entire property transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing. Based in Petaling Jaya with a hybrid work arrangement, the role combines on-site client meetings, property viewings, and office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and planning tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and coordinating viewings. The associate will advise clients on pricing, leasing or purchase options, and transaction procedures, while liaising with legal, financial, and regulatory parties as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, updating listing databases, and contributing to marketing initiatives to promote properties and strengthen the MegaHarta brand.
