Real Estate Attorney

Our dynamic and expanding real estate group is looking for 1 or 2 attorneys with at least 3-5 years of real estate transactional experience. We are a 35+ attorney firm with offices throughout California. We represent over 150 public agencies and private developers. The combination of declining student enrollment in many Districts and expanding student populations in others has created a demand for the acquisition, disposition and monetization of school properties and school sites. This area is relatively new and is developing (pun intended) rapidly and our position as a leader in the field presents unlimited and unique opportunities. We are open to hybrid and fully remote situations. Our team is supportive, collaborative and energetic.
