Real Estate Broker

Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Broker role based in Monte Estoril with a hybrid work model, combining on-site client and property visits with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including prospecting new listings, preparing property valuations, and coordinating marketing activities. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, conducting property viewings, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and guiding transactions from initial contact through closing. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with internal teams and external partners (e.g., legal and financial professionals), and ensuring compliance with all relevant real estate regulations. The broker will build long-term client relationships, actively participate in local market networking, and represent ERA Estoril with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate including local market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Brokerage activities, such as listing management, transaction coordination, and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving defined sales targets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between field work and remote tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with digital tools.
• Fluency in Portuguese; proficiency in English or additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial brokerage is highly beneficial.
