Real Estate / Commercial Litigation Attorney

An excellent regional law firm is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various legal areas and possess strong negotiation skills. Seeking a litigation attorney with 5 plus yrs of experience. This attorney will work on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and Business litigation, among others. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, insurance defense, product liability, employment law, business litigation. The ideal attorney candidate will have the following: Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution, inclcareer-orienteduding preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals, and clients Self-starter; professional Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment Energetic, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic Stellar research, written and verbal communication skills are key Motivated, ambitious, and career oriented Law Firm Profile & Benefits: People-first culture, family-like work environment, flexible environment.
