Real Estate Compliance Reviewer

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Compliance Reviewer to ensure all transaction files meet required compliance standards before approvals and payouts are processed. This role requires hands-on experience with U.S. real estate transactions, specifically North Carolina. What You’ll Do • Review agent-submitted transaction documents using compliance checklists • Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards • Approve or decline transactions based on compliance findings • Ensure no payouts are released without full compliance approval • Manage daily transaction submissions across Market Centers • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time in all reviews • Provide clarification and support on compliance requirements when needed Requirements Requirements • 1–2+ years experience as a U.S. Transaction Coordinator • Must have North Carolina real estate transaction experience • Strong understanding of real estate documents and compliance processes • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setup Nice to Have • Experience with real estate brokerages or Market Centers • Familiarity with transaction management systems • Bachelor’s degree in any field ​ Benefits Work Setup • Fully Remote (Work From Home) • Full-time role Benefits : • Annual Bonus • Paid Time Off • Bereavement Leave • Health Insurance Coverage • Birthday Bonus • Monthly Internet Subsidy
