Real Estate Copy Writer

Seeking a creative, analytical and organized self-starter to assist in marketing efforts for a Panama City, Panama based real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high quality written content for webpages promoting specific Panama pre-construction real estate projects. The candidate would also assist in creating automated follow up campaigns using sms, email, and whatsapp messaging. The ideal candidate will also assist with re-targeting campaigns using in Meta and Google marketing tools as well as written content for social media efforts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

The hired candidate must also maintain contact with real estate project developers in order to continuously update (at a minimum on a once monthly basis), pricing, delivery dates, attachments, and other project details on all related web pages, automated follow-up emails, reservation forms, and social media outlets.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: High ethical integrity, strong work ethic, team player, fluent in English and Spanish, strong writing skills, and demonstrated copy writing experiencing in the real estate industry. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of related work experience. Any specific background experience in real estate sales and marketing will be considered a plus.
