Job Title: Real Estate Data Manager (DataSIFT.ai Specialist) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Talent Pool Intake) About the Role We are building a pipeline of top-tier Data Managers to support fast-growing Real Estate Investment (REI) clients. Many investors rely on DataSIFT.ai as their primary data engine but lack the internal bandwidth or technical expertise to run it effectively. In this role, you will act as the dedicated Data Manager for our clients, taking full ownership of their DataSIFT.ai platform. You will handle everything from public record ingestion and multi-tier list stacking to deep skip tracing, CRM integrations, and KPI tracking—ensuring marketing engines hit high-converting seller leads with pinpoint accuracy. Key Responsibilities DataSIFT.ai Platform Management: Serve as the primary administrator for client DataSIFT.ai accounts. Build, maintain, and optimize data structures, custom fields, and automated workflows. Daily Ingestion & List Stacking: Process raw public records (Probate, Pre-Foreclosure, Tax Delinquencies, Code Violations) from county sources and aggregators. Execute multi-layered "list stacking" logic to isolate hyper-targeted, high-motivation seller segments. Skip Tracing & Data Enrichment: Manage bulk and manual skip-tracing operations to retrieve accurate phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses for hard-to-reach property owners. CRM & Dialer Integration: Push clean, segmented lead lists seamlessly into CRMs (Podio, RESimplify, Salesforce) and multi-line dialers (BatchDialer, SmarterContact, SmrtPhone). Database Hygiene & QA: Perform continuous database cleanups—purging duplicates, fixing text casing/formatting errors, resolving broken mappings, and preventing data decay before campaigns launch. KPI Governance & Reporting: Track daily acquisition metrics (calls, connects, leads, appointments) and flag data errors or broken pipeline steps immediately. Qualifications & Requirements Hands-on DataSIFT.ai Expertise (Required): Demonstrated fluency with the DataSIFT platform (building workflows, list stacking, and database management). REI / Wholesaling Background: 1–2+ years of experience managing real estate data pipelines, public records, and lead-generation architectures. Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, deduplication, data cleaning, and automated reporting). Automation & Integration: Experience using Zapier or Make.com to connect DataSIFT, CRMs, and communication tools. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with basic web scrapers (Octoparse, WebHarvy), public record portals (County Clerk/GIS), or AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for data cleanup. Why Apply?
