-
Specialty property reviews: Zoning reports, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, seismic risk assessments, and Probable Maximum Loss evaluations.
Responsibilities
The scope of each assignment will reflect your qualifications and the project’s requirements. Responsibilities may include:
-
Conducting site visits, assessments, inspections, or sampling within your area of expertise.
-
Coordinating site access and communicating professionally with property representatives and EBI’s project team.
-
Reviewing relevant property records, plans, historical information, and supporting documentation.
