Role Description The Real Estate Marketer will work full time in a hybrid capacity, based in Abuja with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and listing properties, creating marketing campaigns for residential and commercial listings, and managing online and offline promotional activities. The role involves meeting prospective clients, conducting property viewings, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. The Real Estate Marketer will also analyze market trends, prepare marketing materials and reports, and collaborate with the brokerage team to support sales and investment objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong property marketing skills, including online listing management, social media promotion, and basic content creation for real estate ads.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and negotiate effectively.
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics in Abuja, including pricing, locations, and investment opportunities.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, client meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, office productivity software, and major real estate listing platforms.
• Previous experience in real estate marketing, sales, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and willingness to travel within Abuja for property inspections and client meetings.
