About the opportunity

We provide AI video generation services that help real estate agencies turn property listings into engaging video content. We’re looking for a well-connected real estate professional who can introduce us to agencies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and help offer our services across their listing portfolios.

This opportunity suits an active agent, broker, or real estate business development professional with an established local network, access to numerous listings, and direct relationships with agency decision-makers.

What you’ll do

• Make warm introductions to agency owners, brokers, marketing leads, and other decision-makers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Present our AI video generation services as a marketing solution for agencies’ current and upcoming property listings.
• Arrange qualified meetings and support follow-ups through to a paid engagement.
• Help expand initial projects into ongoing video production across agencies’ listing portfolios.
• Coordinate opportunities, introductions, and next steps with our team.

Who we’re looking for

• A real estate professional with strong, active relationships across multiple agencies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or both.
• A substantial portfolio of listings or direct access to agencies managing numerous listings.
• The ability to facilitate warm introductions immediately.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
• The ability to work independently and remotely on a flexible, part-time basis.

Experience selling property marketing services, video production, or real estate technology is a plus. English proficiency is required; Arabic or other languages used within your agency network are an advantage.

Geographic focus

This role covers Dubai and Abu Dhabi only. Please specify which city has your strongest network, the communities or market segments you cover, and whether you can introduce us to agencies in one or both cities.

Compensation

This is a success-fee-based opportunity, with compensation tied to paid business generated through your introductions. We will agree on fee rates, payment triggers, and any recurring commission arrangements in writing before work begins.
