About the Opportunity

Are you based in Munich and passionate about real estate, sales, and international investments? Join i Tech Realty LLC and work remotely from Germany, connecting international investors with property opportunities across Dubai, Oman, East Africa, and Georgia.

Role & Responsibilities

Generate leads and connect with prospective property investors.

Promote residential and commercial properties across our international markets.

Conduct client consultations, virtual presentations, and follow-ups.

Build relationships with investors, referral partners, and brokers.

Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to deal closure.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates currently residing in Munich, Germany.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Interest in real estate, international sales, and investment advisory.

Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage; motivated newcomers are welcome.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation & Career Growth

Initial 3-month internship/probationary period, with paid or unpaid arrangements depending on experience and the agreed terms.

High, performance-based commission potential on successful transactions, with the commission structure explained before joining.

Opportunity to transition to a permanent role after three months, based on performance and business requirements.

Potential to work from our Germany or Dubai office, subject to performance, business needs, and applicable work authorisation.
