Real Estate Sales Representative

Job Description This is a remote position. Remote | Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Job Overview We're looking for a confident and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with both landlords and prospective tenants through outbound calls. You'll qualify leads, schedule appointments, and build relationships with property owners by introducing and selling our property management and leasing services. Key Responsibilities: Landlord Sales Conduct outbound calls to landlords using company-provided leads. Introduce and promote the company's property management and leasing services. Build rapport with property owners and identify their rental needs. Qualify prospects and convert them into potential clients. Follow up with interested landlords via phone and email. Tenant Outreach & Appointment Setting Contact prospective tenants through outbound calls. Qualify tenant inquiries based on rental requirements. Schedule appointments and property viewings. Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth follow-up and appointment management. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or real estate. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Confident speaking with prospects over the phone. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable handling objections and following up with leads. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient with email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets.
