Real Estate Solicitor | 1–5 Years’ PQE

We are working with a leading commercial law firm that is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE to join its property team in Dublin.

You’ll advise domestic and international investors, developers, lenders, retailers and occupiers on a broad range of commercial property matters. The role offers exposure to complex Irish and cross-border transactions, with support from experienced colleagues as you take on greater responsibility.

The work

• Investment sales and acquisitions
• Commercial development transactions
• Commercial leasing and property portfolio management
• Real estate finance and property due diligence
• Property aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings

About you

• Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE and experience in commercial property.
• Ideally, experience in a medium-sized or large commercial law firm.
• Strong academics and excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, build client relationships and work collaboratively.
