What We’re Looking For Proven experience in real estate finance, underwriting, or asset management. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build dynamic financial models and reports. Strong analytical mindset, able to break down complex financial data into clear insights. Attention to detail, with a deep understanding of financial structures and investment strategies. Self-motivated and independent, capable of managing tasks without constant supervision. Experience in real estate investment, asset management, or accounting within a real estate team. Familiarity with financial and real estate software tools. Excellent communication skills, able to execute tasks based on verbal instructions.
