If you speak the language of the industry and love connecting people with career-defining opportunities, this role is yours. 3–6 years of recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, or engineering Proven track record sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles As an Aerospace Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for highly specialized engineering, operations, and technical roles across aerospace, defense, and space systems. Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including propulsion, avionics, systems engineering.
