Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: 8pm to 5am (Philippines) Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent to fill open vacancies. This includes conducting intake calls with hiring managers to understand job requirements, scheduling interviews with qualified candidates and hiring leaders, and managing the offer creation and extension. The Recruiter ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Essential Functions: Screen and interview qualified candidates to assess skills, qualifications and fit for the role. Implement and evaluate effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing needs. Collaborate with hiring managers, leaders, workforce planning team and talent acquisition leadership to effectively and timely meet staffing needs. Review internal equity when considering salary offers and determine offer rates to present to hiring managers for approval. Extends offers to candidates. Maintains knowledge and compliance with various regulatory and external accreditation requirements. Participate in special projects as directed by leadership to improve processes or address organizational needs. Performs other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (required) Required Licensing & Certifications: PHR (preferred) Experience: Two years of Human Resource experience (required) Skills & Abilities: Broad working knowledge of all Human Resource functions; strong communication skills required and proficiency in using computers. Essential technical/motor skills include the use of a computer for typing correspondence, as well as the use of telephone, fax machine, copier, and other office equipment to complete job duties. Interpersonal skills necessary to positively relate to associates, vendors, applicants, and managers. Healthcare background and recruiting experience.
