As a Recruiter , you'll be a key part of our talent acquisition team, helping us find and hire the best people to grow our company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their career in recruiting and wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You'll be involved in the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers. Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database. Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and interview notes. Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms. Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience for all involved. Support the recruiting team with various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
