As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Recruiter who can take ownership of roles, deliver consistently high-quality candidates, and contribute to improving how we recruit. This is not a “fill as many roles as possible” environment. This is a place for recruiters who care about craft, precision, and long-term impact. Location: Remote Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor) Working Hours: Primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (7+ years) Primary Focus: Digital, Creative, and Marketing Roles (with flexibility across other verticals) Compensation: Base Pay (depending on experience) + placement-based incentives Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking: Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes Operational & Administrative Support: Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation What We’re Looking For 7+ years in recruitment Experience with remote and international hiring Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills High attention to detail and structured way of working Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset Why Join Bamboo Works Work with international clients across high-growth industries Be part of a high-performance, quality-driven team Take real ownership over your roles and delivery Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to grow into lead or specialized recruitment roles over time Recruitment Process Initial Interview (HR & Recruitment Lead) Final Interview (Co-Founders)
