Job Description This is a remote position. Requirements Proven experience recruiting for IT roles (software, data, cloud, DevOps, etc.) Strong candidate sourcing ability (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals) Ability to identify and qualify technical talent quickly Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Strong communication and follow-up skills with candidates Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles at the same time Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
