Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in an RPO-style engagement. Operating as part of ZRG’s Embedded Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will be part of the delivery team, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles. This position requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills. The ideal candidate will have CPG supply chain and corporate functions recruitment experience.

Recruiter (12‑Month Contract)

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end hiring across multiple business units within a global enterprise organisation. Operating as part of ZRG’s Embedded Talent Acquisition team, this role focuses on high‑quality candidate generation, stakeholder management, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process across all assigned requisitions. The client has an office in Hamburg, but there is no in-office requirement - we would ideally seek a German-based recruiter to fulfil this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using direct sourcing, market mapping, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct screening, competency‑based interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Drive process excellence: scheduling, feedback loops, candidate experience, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Represent ZRG Embedded and the end client with professionalism, clarity, and strong communication.

Experience Required

• 7+ years proven experience in in‑house or RPO/embedded recruitment..
• Strong direct sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
• Skilled stakeholder manager with a consultative, solutions‑focused approach.
