About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at Triveni IT. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid setting, depending on your preference. As a Semiconductor Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring highly skilled professionals within the semiconductor and electronics sectors. Your expertise will help our clients secure top engineering talent across various technical domains, including design, verification, hardware, and embedded systems. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Your ability to understand technical requirements and identify niche talent will be vital in supporting our clients' growth and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for those with semiconductor recruiting background. A comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor industry, including terminology, engineering roles, and development processes, is essential. Proven experience in sourcing niche technical talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent recruiting experience will also be considered. The ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, your key responsibilities will include sourcing, identifying, and recruiting semiconductor professionals across various technical domains. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of engineering candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent for our clients. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients, you will understand technical requirements and deliver suitable candidates accordingly. Managing the complete recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers—will be central to your role. You will be responsible for recruiting for roles such as Semiconductor Design Engineers, ASIC Engineers, VLSI Engineers, FPGA Engineers, Verification Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Validation/Test Engineers, and Process Engineers.
You will utilize various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to identify potential candidates. Conducting initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining accurate candidate records within ATS/CRM systems is essential for tracking progress and reporting. Building and nurturing relationships with candidates and clients will be vital to ensuring successful placements and long-term partnerships.
