About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our Go To Market (GTM) Talent Acquisition team in the United States. This role is pivotal in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for strategic roles within Customer and Go-to-Market functions, including Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support. The ideal candidate will bring extensive sourcing capabilities, market insights, and proven recruiting experience to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. The role requires proactive pipeline building through targeted research, market mapping, and strategic partnerships with hiring managers. The successful candidate will deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business needs and market dynamics. This is a remote, six-month contract position based in the United States, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on growth and excellence in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least one year of technical recruiting exposure
- Proven success in sourcing and engaging talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research techniques
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines beyond active applicants, especially passive candidates
- Strong market intelligence and industry trend awareness to inform recruiting strategies
- High level of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to operate independently
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles and business units, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategies
- Proactively source and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and professional networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, with a focus on passive candidates and hard-to-reach profiles
- Ensure a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, maintaining clear communication and professionalism
- Develop market mapping and talent intelligence to stay informed of industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on candidate profiles, search strategies, and market realities
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruiting progress, improve processes, and drive operational excellence
- Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
