We are looking for a Recruiter with strong headhunting and sourcing experience to support hiring efforts across the concrete, construction, engineering, manufacturing, and building materials industries throughout the United States.

This is not a high-volume recruiting role. We are seeking a true talent hunter who excels at identifying passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and filling difficult-to-fill positions that require creativity, persistence, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage passive candidates across the U.S.
• Lead headhunting efforts for niche, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking strategies to uncover top talent.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screenings, and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate and activity records within the ATS.

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruiting experience, preferably in an agency, executive search, or staffing environment.
• Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing capabilities.
• Demonstrated success filling difficult, technical, or niche positions.
• Experience recruiting within the construction, concrete, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging passive candidates and developing long-term talent pipelines.

Requirements

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions.
• Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently.
