About the Role We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Pune. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and deliver high-quality candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing multiple vacancies, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering against recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and placement. Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels. Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews. Assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit. Prepare and present high-quality candidate profiles to clients. Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process. Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers. Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records within the ATS. Track recruitment metrics including interviews, submittals, client interviews, offers, and placements. Manage multiple roles and priorities while meeting agreed recruitment timelines. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market feedback. Support offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience through to joining. 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills. Experience recruiting across multiple functions and skill sets. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Experience working with recruitment targets and performance metrics. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms. Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills. Desirable Experience Experience recruiting for international or Australian clients. Experience recruiting offshore talent across India, the Philippines, or other global markets. Experience with technology, corporate, professional services, or specialist recruitment.
