Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote (Gujarat)

Shift Timings: 6 pm to 2:30 am (IST)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and networking.

• Screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skills.

• Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment systems.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.

• Negotiate rates/salaries and discuss employment terms with candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

• Understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or Indeed.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.

• Understanding of US work authorization types (US Citizen, GC, EAD, H1B, etc.).
