Description We are looking for a experienced Recruiter to join our People Operations team and help us attract and hire talented professionals across different functions and markets. Our team consists of three Recruiters and one Recruitment Lead. We all work remotely from different locations, but that doesn’t stop us from staying closely connected every day, backing each other up, and keeping up with all the latest company updates. This role is open because one of our Recruiters is moving into a new role within the People team. Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone who will own full-cycle recruitment , primarily for IT-related roles, while also bringing new expertise and perspectives to the team and helping us expand our team knowledge. We’re particularly interested in someone who has hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment — whether for sourcing, candidate research, screening, market mapping, recruitment analytics, content creation, or other parts of the hiring process. You should be curious about how AI is changing recruitment and comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches to make hiring more efficient and improve the candidate experience. And, of course, a good sense of humor and a positive attitude are important to us. We believe that recruitment is about people, and that having a positive, human, and sometimes fun approach makes a big difference - both within the team and in working with candidates. Key responsibilities Own the full recruitment cycle mostly for IT vacancies, from sourcing and interviews to offer and pre-onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, help to define hiring profiles, and build effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide candidates with a great experience throughout the recruitment process. Work with hiring managers and the People team to continuously improve recruitment processes. Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives. Track recruitment metrics and use data to identify opportunities for improvement. Stay up to date with talent market trends and innovative sourcing approaches. Requirements 4+ years of experience in recruitment in a tech, product companies with international hiring. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and the ability to adapt to new circumstances. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A good sense of humor Ability to work independently and manage scope of work A structured, proactive, and data-driven approach to recruitment. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. The ability to assess a candidate’s fit with the company and its culture. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine interest in people. Experience recruiting for AI/ML, Data, or other AI-related roles would be a strong plus, as would be a good understanding of the current AI talent market and the skills and profiles in this space.
