We're looking for a recruiter to join us. No fluff, just good matches between great people and great roles.

What you'll actually do:

• Find and reach out to promising candidates (international)
• Screen and get a feel for who's a strong fit (not just on paper)
• Keep candidates in the loop, and help close the deal

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or freelance); tech/IT recruiting is a nice bonus but not required
• Good people instincts; you can read between the lines in a conversation
• Comfortable reaching out to people and keeping conversations moving
• You're comfortable working in English. Still building your English? No problem, as long as you're motivated to keep improving on the job.
