Sourcer — Talent Acquisition (Philippines, Night Shift)

About the Role

AgileOne is looking for a motivated Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting recruitment for US-based clients. In this role, you'll own the top of the recruiting funnel — identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates while also handling formal candidate evaluation and system administration to hand off polished, well-vetted profiles to our recruiting team.

What You'll Do

- Conduct Boolean search and proactive outreach across job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines

- Parse and screen resumes against role requirements to identify qualified leads

- Conduct initial prescreening interviews to assess baseline fit

- Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit in more depth

- Prepare polished, client-ready candidate presentations and formatted resumes

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

- Coordinate assessments and background checks as needed to move candidates forward

- Track and report on personal sourcing metrics (submittals, time-to-submit, pipeline conversion) and adapt your sourcing strategy when traditional channels aren't yielding qualified candidates

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition support role

- Strong command of Boolean search and sourcing tools/platforms

- Comfortable conducting structured interviews and asking probing follow-up questions

- Detail-oriented, with strong ATS/data hygiene habits

- Clear written and verbal English communication skills

- Able to work night shift hours aligned with US business hours

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
