Eduployment is looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter based in Chișinău, Moldova, to join our international team.

Eduployment is a Netherlands-based organisation with a clear mission: helping qualified nurses and assistant nurses who hold, or are eligible to obtain, EU citizenship to build sustainable careers in the Netherlands.
We provide employer-sponsored Dutch-language training, support with the recognition of professional qualifications, assistance with finding suitable accommodation and extensive guidance throughout the process. Candidates are employed directly by Dutch healthcare organisations; this is not agency or temporary work.
Our recruitment activities take place through online channels and in close cooperation with nursing schools and other educational institutions.
Your role
As our Recruiter in Moldova, you will recruit and guide nursing professionals from Moldova. You will also regularly visit north-eastern Romania, particularly Iași, Botoșani and Suceava, to develop relationships with educational institutions and recruit suitable candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying effective online and local channels for reaching potential candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with nursing schools and other educational institutions
- Organising presentations and attending career and recruitment events
- Interviewing and carrying out the initial selection of candidates
- Checking diplomas and assessing candidates’ initial eligibility
- Collecting and checking the documents required for enrolment
- Guiding candidates during their Dutch-language programme
- Helping candidates prepare for their departure for the Netherlands
- Supporting candidates after their arrival and throughout their agreed commitment period
- Keeping candidate records up to date and coordinating candidates’ progress with the Eduployment team
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Recruitment / Human Resources, Education, Marketing / Communications or a related field, or relevant professional experience in recruitment, education or candidate support
- Excellent command of Romanian and a professional level of English
- Relevant experience in recruitment, education, candidate support or a comparable role
- Knowledge of Moldova’s labour market and educational system
- Strong communication, networking and organisational skills
- Good digital skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and online recruitment channels
- A proactive, resourceful and independent approach to work
- The ability to guide and motivate candidates over an extended period
- A willingness to travel regularly within Moldova and to north-eastern Romania
An affinity with nursing, healthcare or education is important. Knowledge of Dutch would be an advantage but is not required.
