Recruiter Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter at Colibri Group, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across all areas of the business. What You'll Do: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of roles. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Create enticing job postings and leverage sourcing tools, social media, and networking to attract diverse candidates. Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system. Contribute to employer branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven organization. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience using applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms (such as LinkedIn). Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing priorities.
