Odoo is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent as we continue to grow.


This is a hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home on Fridays) role in Brisbane, CA. About the Job

Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) – Brisbane, CA


As a Recruiter at Odoo, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and departments, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, define hiring needs, and build effective recruiting strategies. You’ll be responsible for everything from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews, offers, and the overall candidate experience.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience who is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple searches at once, and confident partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified passive and active candidates.

  • Conduct candidate screens to evaluate experience, motivation, communication, and overall alignment with the role.

  • Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through.

  • Guide hiring managers through structured, consistent, and objective interview processes.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruiting activity within the ATS.

  • Deliver a thoughtful and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.

  • Track recruiting activity and pipeline health to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Partner with Recruiting Operations and other People team members to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a related industry

  • Autonomous and proactive mindset

  • Obsessive about continued improvement

  • Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Consistent prioritization of Hiring Manager AND employee experience with a healthy balance.

Nice to Have

  • An open-minded approach to work, flexibility, and a natural curiosity

  • Razor-sharp focus on what is needed, the ability to make sound decisions

  • G&A and GTM experience

  • Experience with sourcing and applicable tools

  • Spanish fluency

  • Okay to make learning mistakes, as long as you’re learning from them and evolving

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
