We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and client-facing positions. You’ll partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver a strong candidate experience, and use recruiting data to help Palco build high-performing teams that support our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer support, pre-employment activities, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, establish recruiting plans and timelines, and adjust sourcing strategies based on business priorities and labor-market conditions.
  • Partner with People and hiring leaders to develop competitive, internally equitable offers within approved compensation ranges, including base pay, incentives, and start dates.
  • Track, analyze, and present recruiting performance—including time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, offer acceptance, and hiring progress—to help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Develop role-specific interview questions, structured interview guides, and candidate evaluation materials that support consistent, job-related hiring decisions.
  • Organize and lead large-scale hiring events to attract and engage top talent across multiple markets.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Travel up to 25% to support recruitment efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment; experience supporting both corporate and high-volume hiring is preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and virtual interviewing tools, with the ability to quickly learn new recruiting technology.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to manage multiple deadlines and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to use sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, talent-market data, and recruiting metrics to identify candidates, evaluate pipeline performance, and adjust recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to maintain a work schedule that supports business operations and candidate activity across Central, Eastern, and Mountain time zones.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with recruitment at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Creative sourcing skills and a passion for connecting with candidates in non-traditional ways.
  • Experience maintaining recruiting content, templates, and shared resources in collaborative platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Experience working cross-departmentally with HR, Marketing, and product-focused teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years managing all phases of recruitment preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
