About the role

We're looking for a Recruiter to help build the teams shaping Browserbase's future. As a key member of our growing talent team, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and leaders across the company to find, engage, and hire exceptional people who can make a meaningful impact as we scale.

Whether your background is in technical recruiting, GTM recruiting, or a combination of both, we're looking for someone who brings curiosity, strong judgment, intentionality, and a high level of ownership to every search.

You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering to build the processes and programs that make hiring more effective and scalable. You’ll do more than just fill roles; you'll have a real voice in how we identify talent, assess candidates, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting. Lead searches from intake through assessment, offer strategy, and close, supporting technical and business functions based on company priorities.
• Build trusted hiring manager partnerships. Understand team needs, align on hiring principles, and bring recommendations that help leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions. Know when to challenge assumptions and advocate for the right hiring bar.
• Source with intention. Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build relationships with exceptional talent. Understand our product, business, and long-term goals well enough to identify candidates who can make a meaningful impact.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Create a thoughtful, transparent, and efficient process where candidates feel informed, prepared, and respected, regardless of the outcome.
• Strengthen how we hire. Partner with our team to build and improve structured interviews, evaluation criteria, interviewer training, and referral programs that support consistent, high-quality hiring as we scale.
• Use data to drive better decisions. Own pipeline health and recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and proactively recommend improvements to our hiring processes and outcomes.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring technical, business/GTM, or a combination of roles, ideally in a fast-moving startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify exceptional talent, build targeted pipelines, and thoughtfully evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.
• A consultative approach to hiring manager partnerships, including the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and build trust across teams.
• Curiosity and business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand new domains, develop technical fluency, and connect talent decisions to company priorities.
• Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to independently manage multiple searches, adapt to changing priorities, and use recruiting data to improve results.

Bonus points if you've recruited in developer tools, AI, infrastructure, or other highly technical environments.
