Responsibilities: Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy. Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities. Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
