About the Role

Recruit technicians and other skilled professionals for cooling, mechanical systems and critical infrastructure roles. Combine full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing of passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for HVAC, chiller and facilities technician roles.

• Identify passive candidates through targeted research and Boolean search.

• Build candidate pipelines for mechanical and critical infrastructure positions.

• Coordinate screening, interviews and candidate follow-up.

• Maintain accurate recruiting records and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience with HVAC, chiller, facilities or closely related technician roles.

• Demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates.

• Practical headhunting and Boolean search skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience using an applicant tracking system.

• Familiarity with data center or critical infrastructure recruiting.
