Atomus Partners is a fractional HR and recruiting firm that partners with growing companies to provide the talent and people support they need to succeed. We work hand-in-hand with our clients, serving as an extension of their internal teams and helping them attract, hire, and retain great talent.

We're growing our recruiting practice and looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to join the Atomus Partners team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making an impact by supporting multiple client organizations.

Important: This is a position within Atomus Partners, not an independent recruiting or business development opportunity. You will be an integral part of our team, managing recruiting assignments for Atomus Partners' clients. We are looking for someone who wants to recruit as part of an established firm, not someone looking to build their own recruiting business, develop an independent client base, or bring their own book of business. The compensation is estimated to be between $35-42/hour.

About the Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you'll work directly with multiple client organizations, managing full-cycle recruiting activities across a variety of positions and industries. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

You'll represent Atomus Partners while serving as a trusted recruiting partner to our clients. This is an opportunity for someone who loves recruiting, enjoys working with different organizations, and appreciates the flexibility and variety that comes with supporting multiple businesses.

We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates, depending on experience, availability, and client demand.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple client organizations and open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Review applications, identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with thoughtful summaries highlighting experience, skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and search progress.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while representing both Atomus Partners and our clients professionally.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Prior professional recruiting experience is required.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer and placement.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and understand their business needs.
• Comfortable managing multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.
• A team-oriented mindset and genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of Atomus Partners' recruiting practice.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or working in an agency, fractional, or consulting recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with a variety of roles, including technical, professional, operational, and leadership positions.
