Company Description Karo.ie is transforming how Irish healthcare organizations find nurses and carers for temporary shifts by using marketplace technology and deep industry expertise. The platform enables direct connections between healthcare providers and professionals across Ireland, helping address the national healthcare staffing crisis. By giving both healthcare workers and organizations greater control, Karo.ie supports flexible working options while ensuring access to a vetted, compliant workforce. Unlike traditional agencies, Karo.ie streamlines processes from shift posting to compliance, reducing administrative burden and supporting continuity of care. Trusted by leading Irish healthcare organizations, Karo.ie is building the infrastructure for a more connected and resilient healthcare system.

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Recruiter role based in Dublin or Carlow with flexibility to work from home part of the week. The role includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening and interviews to offer management and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, match suitable professionals to available shifts, and maintain accurate records in Karo.ie’s systems. Day-to-day tasks also involve relationship management with candidates, providing timely updates, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the efficiency and quality of the recruitment experience.
