Role Description This is a Remote role (or hybrid in LA or NYC). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in finance, accounting, and fintech roles. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruitment strategies, networking with potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications 2+ years of Experience in Sourcing, Interviewing, and Candidate Placement Ability to Develop Recruitment Strategies and Utilize Networking Skills Proficiency in Maintaining Candidate Databases and Coordinating with Hiring Managers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proven ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with finance, accounting, and fintech industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
