Job Description About the Role We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR professionals to join our staffing & consultancy firm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in recruitment, client coordination, and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across industries Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Follow up with shortlisted candidates and clients for feedback Assist in offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing requirements Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines Requirements Requirements Graduate / MBA in HR or related field Experience in recruitment, staffing, or consultancy preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques Ability to work independently in a remote setup Organized, target-driven, and proactive mindset Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge Experience HR Executive / Recruiter: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / staffing
